We have so many black bears here in East Tennessee! I was enjoying studying their anatomy and emotions when I sketched this using vine and compressed charcoal wax pencil. This sketch is 9"x12" and is on illustration board. I have applied a fixative to seal and protect it, but it should still be framed under glass for safe display. I hope you enjoy this sketch of one of my favorite animals!
